DIY Snowball Wreath

The holidays are the perfect time of year to bring the family together for fun projects and activities, especially if they can include all kids from one to ninety-two. This year, give your holiday decorations a personal touch with this easy DIY winter wreath. The best part? Everything you need is right in your own home!

Gather Your Wreath Supplies

For this project, you will need:

  • Cotton balls
  • Styrofoam wreath form
  • Hot glue gun

Start by placing hot glue in wavy lines along a small section of the wreath form. Place cotton balls on the lines and fill in any loose spots with a dot of hot glue. Tug at the cotton balls to "fluff" them.

Continue along the wreath until all of the sections are filled with cotton balls.

That's it! Finish it off with a ribbon to hang your wreath from any spot in your home. You can also add bells, berries, twigs, or any other items you may find to add your personal style to your wreath. Taking time to do something a little more relaxing is healthy! So get your friends, your kids, or your co-workers together and do something healthy together.

This wreath is also the perfect way to bring some festive fun to family and friends who may have to spend their holidays in a hospital bed. This project is easy, not too messy, and can be done almost anywhere, even a bed. Set up some time, gather up the supplies, and give the gift of your time this season.
